The guys were friendly, kind, informative and did not try to push service on me. I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive back home as I was in from out of town. They diagnosed it quickly and gave me the peace of mind I needed. They let me know what I needed to do once I got back home. The shop waiting area was clean and they had refreshments out. I am grateful for their time and service.
View on GoogleWent in for an alignment and they told me I needed rear brakes and rotors. Quoted over $1,000. I had replaced them myself within the year. See photo taken today of passenger side. You be the judge. They obviously tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Not to be trusted.
View on GoogleElectrical problems in my Dodge, window and ignition! Prior taking it to Banner I took it to 3 others!! Each had a different diagnosis! & each of these places only had it for a few hours to diagnos ! Banner kept my Dodge for a Day and a 1/2 but checked all wires, modules, etc !! And the prior places did not mention the actual problem it had in the wires !! Banner Fixed it completely!! And at a affordable price !!! Highly recommend this Place & Dominic was awesome!!!
