The employees were nice, they gave me a free estimate, gave me a discount for some brakepad/rotor repair if I left a 5-star review (hint hint wink wink), and they got it done in almost no time. Now I went from hearing metal on metal to basically driving a brand new car!
View on GoogleWorst experience i have ever had at any establishment. The guy in charge has no clue how to run this business. He doesn't even know how to change brakes. He said thats what his mechanics are for. But the first mechanic messed my breaks up even worse. And when the other guy showed up who is actually certified, he couldn't believe how badof a job the previous guy had did. The guy in charge yelled at me when i requested a refund because he had me pay in advance for work that was never done. Never again in my life will i be back.
