Excellent service!! Took my 2016 Audi A4 in for an oil change rather than to the Audi dealership and was very pleased with the service provided. So much so that I will return whenever my Audi needs service. Did a complete auto inspection with photos and kept me updated. And the price for all of this was very reasonable. Much less than what I would have paid for the same service at a dealership. And they also have a very comfortable waiting area. Very nice people at Shores Car Care!! They even called me a few days later to make sure everything was good with my car. I’ll be back!!!!

The atmosphere is friendly, the waiting area is gorgeous and the work is impeccable and done with integrity. The have a Car Care Club that mores than pays for itself and saves you a ton of money in the long run..and keeps you on top of routine maintenance. I highly recommend if you want honesty, great work and a fair price.
View on GoogleI heard that dreaded metal-on-metal brake noise two days before leaving for a trip and called Shore’s Car Center in a panic. They got my car in right away, which alone was a relief. What impressed me most was the process. They did a full digital assessment and sent me photos of everything, so I could see exactly what was going on with my own eyes. Rick was professional and easy to work with, and the lobby honestly felt more like a dealership than an independent shop. They didn’t just fix my brakes, they knocked out my oil change and a car wash too, and had everything done the next day. My car was ready in plenty of time for my trip. The follow-up after my visit has been just as impressive. They’re fully digital and automated, but it never feels impersonal. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can actually trust.
