Absolute worst experience ever!! Tire had slow leak, scheduled appointment. Took over 2 hours for them to look at the tires. Nail to close to edge to patch so they had to order one. Had to drive on spare all week with two missing valve stem caps! AND A BRAND NEW DENT IN MY DOOR! I had to call to see if tire came in and sure enough it was there but the guy who wrote me up wasn't, makes me wonder if they were even going to call me. Scheduled appointment to have it put on, get there my tire is sitting out ready to go, took 2 hours to put my tire on! Asked about complimentary wash, guy brings my car tells me they can't wash it because the antana needs to be removed but it's seized on. I call supervisor left message as soon as I noticed the dent, no response! They told me today he would speak to me, never said a word. When I asked about it before leaving I was told I have to call Monday and talk to the guy that originally wrote me up, WHY???? Every time I have been there for service has been horrible! This will be the last time, I promise you that! I could go on but these technicians can't even put valve stem caps on how am I supposed to trust them with a bigger issue than tires? Update: Hubby has spoken with Don twice now and myself once. Was supposed to get us scheduled to repair the dent; however still haven't gotten that return call. What the heck, I'm so over the incompetency of everyone involved!!! Been almost two months since it happened. Thoroughly disgusted!!!

So SLOW!!! Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Service desk estimated an hour to an hour and a half. They didn't even pull my car back for about 30 minutes. After two hours, I checked and they were still "working on it". Seriously what is the purpose of an appointment at this place?

I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years because I liked my salesperson. (He has recently retired) However, the service department is another story. I took my car there on Tuesday because after putting air in my tire it still was losing air. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment they were unable to look at because they were booked and shorthanded. The only thing they offered was to put air in my tire. Luckily, I was able to make it to Russ Milne on Hall Road. They were more than happy to take a look at it for me. I ended up having a nail on the inside of my tire. Since I have the tire warranty I didn't have to pay for the new tire. It only took them a little over an hour to get everything done. Now that's what I call service! Russ Milne will be getting ALL my business in the future. Plus they are much closer to my house.

This is by far the worst Ford dealership I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. I went to have my tires fixed had a nail in it. He say you have to go on line and make an appointment. I said I e been on line there is no section for tire repair. Then says I don’t know why that is I’m new here so I don’t know what to do

Service manager Don was very informative and took time to explain the issue with our vehicle. He assured us that we would be kept informed and when it was completed came out to greet us and make sure we were happy with the vehicle. We always get a loaner thanks to Patty who is incredible. Great customer service and support.
