Update: If they don't care about their neighbors or the neighborhood they're in. Why would they care about you. 6 weeks from my original post with no attempt to clean up their mess. Original Post; CLEAN UP YOUR MESS YOU SLOBS ! ! ! ITS BEEN (3) WEEKS, FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TOMORROW AS WELL AS A POLICE REPORT FOR VANDALISM TO PUBLIC PROPERTY. So they've spent the last 6 month beautifying their property, They finished 3 weeks ago, Here's how they left the neighborhood. A 2 block radius, and no attempt to clean up their mess. But I guess as long as their property looks good, forget about the nieghbors and the neighborhoods.

The body shop is a total joke. I've owned a body shop for 35 years in Alabama. They did a terrible job on repairing my daughters Mercedes. They claim to be a Mercedes-Benz repair facility which in my research I have discovered they are not. They've had her car since septembar 6th and still have it and it's no better than it was when it was wrecked. They talked down to my daughter and was very degrading to her when I called they didn't treat me that way I'm still waiting for the service manager from there to call me back his name is Tim. If he doesn't call me back I'll be getting in touch with the CEO Greg Jackson.

I seriously doubt if I could write a review that truly captured how I feel about Prestige Automotive, and the service and work Rick Steel and Office Manager Jennifer and his crack associates have given my Jeep and me. They are true professionals with their attention to detail on current problems and maintenance, but better yet with suggestions and recommendations for future issues to protect the car and prevent larger expenses in the future. Prestige Auto has pulled my butt out of the fire numerous times by working on my car ahead of schedule and making it all affordable. Folks, this is a 2004 Jeep Liberty with over 207,000 miles that drove to California and back in the last seven months. The Jeep and I would not have made it without Prestige's pre-trip preparation and counseling. Many thanks to Rick, Jennifer, Steve and all the guys.

Had a major mechanical failure on my Honda Ridgeline. Rick and his crew were able to diagnose the problem and repair the truck with a minimum amount of $$$$ damage to my wallet. I have been taking my truck to Prestige for several years now and won't go anywhere else for service.

Rick, Jen & Steve all are good folks. I am sure others who work there are to or Rick would probably ask them to leave. He runs a well organized shop. They are responsive and always try to accommodate. I like the detailed explanations that Rick has the ability to communicate on what's wrong/broken and provide a reasonable solution.
