Service didn't include a car wash. For whatever reason it didn't include the comprehensive diagnostic report I've gotten from other GM dealerships either. They never called me about a problem I reported, just marked it down as customer declined. Dealership service is expensive because 'you get what you pay for'. This service was mid tier at high end prices. I'm sure the techs did good work but I will take my cars to Jim Causely next time I need GM service.

Brought my wife's car in for scheduled oil change and etc. They were friendly, detailed my vehicle, customer lounge has coffee, hot chocolate, water, and snacks. TV to pass the time. This service is why we bought a Cadillac here.

my car got hit and the staff went above and beyond to quickly get my car back ,there was a back order on my headlight and they worked hard every day locating me one ,from the receptionist at the counter to the guy that help me they were truly awesome they even cleaned the inside and had it wash and looking good,I highly recommend them if your car gets wrecked

So far just oil change and tire rotation. Changed my extended warranty for this Location. Previous dealer location in Troy was terrible for lack of communication and service as been waiting on a part since September of last year for one example. AJ at Genesis has been very professional
