This was the fastest oil change I've ever had! Everyone was so nice and efficient! I'm used to having to plan around an oil change, but after a long day at work, it was soooooo nice not to spend hours in a shop!

After 3 short and rather dismissive calls to other shops, I called champs and Sam took 5 minutes to hear what was going on. Sam gave some of his time to hear me out, and offered some general ideas of cost, then offered to do his own inspection and quote. He ordered this quote from critical to concerns for my sake, saved me over $1000 dollars from the competitor, did a thorough inspection and gave me more service than anyone I had considered before. The work was timely, finished when promised, and the customer service and consideration was stellar. I knew he would take the time with my car because he took his time with me, and that's important because my car is how I support my family. Sam won another customer for Champs, hands down.

View on GoogleChamps just did the tie rod ends on my 2018 VW Golf R. While under the car, they pointed out several issues relating to some oily spots under the car. Additionally, the fixes were simple and they just made the necessary adjustments to stem the leaks. The car drives great, and more importantly is safe again.
