First time I was in there, my car wouldn’t start, the fixed it no problem but didn’t fix the oil leaked I told them about, second time I came in I had to get my engine replaced because they didn’t fix the oil leak, barley a month after that I had to get my engine replaced because they never fixed the oil leak. My last visit they replaced my engine again because they never fixed the oil leak, and now when I got my car back half of my electrical barley works. A lot of false promises and lies……

I recommend nobody goes to this shop. They tell you they fix a problem on your car and ain’t fix it they won’t A $100 deductible to put in they pocket. They don’t do work to your car they Will try to charge you for work on your car warranty supposed to take care of that problem Bad business They ramble through your car💯

Finally got things squared away with Jermey hopefully will be rolling again by next week 🙏🏾 Updated: still waiting for my vehicle its been 3 months I just want my car dealing with my brothers death and I can not get around if a service was paid for it should be done in a timely manner if you have things to do I would no recommend going here you will be waiting for ever to get your car back.

I talked to a worker in the store who quit because of how “bad of people” the other mechanics were, they don’t run through all the necessary tests and they say the way there operate is never fully fixing the issue, just putting a bandaid on it. Please never never go here if you have another option, they laugh and make jokes about how your car is gonna end up right back in there, they don’t care about their customers or how they effect people’s lives. Again this was all told to me by a MECHANIC from their shop, I beg you not to go here

I dropped my truck off, walked to Meijer for a box of cereal, a banana and some blueberries…. Walked back and my vehicle was fixed. The little time I did sit there Jeremy took time to converse with me instead of me just sitting there looking around bored. I highly recommend this Auto Repair Shop because they actually take your time into consideration and last but not least they know what they’re doing.
