I would strongly advise against coming here. They don’t answer calls and have been dishonest throughout this entire process. When you visit the shop in person, the staff seem completely unaware of what’s going on and don’t have clear answers about the work they’ve done. They’ve had our car for two weeks, and now that we’re supposed to bring it back in, no one is answering the phone or responding to messages. The vehicle is under warranty, which makes this even more frustrating. It’s unbelievable that they can take your money but fail to provide proper customer support. There is no communication from the owners or managers. Calling the office line leads nowhere—it just rings endlessly. The lack of professionalism across this company is unacceptable. We were promised multiple times—both in person and through recorded conversations—that the car would be repaired in a timely manner, but that hasn’t happened. On top of that, my husband has been in and out of the hospital, and there has been zero empathy or consideration for our situation. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

Logan is the guy. Every question, every detail, Everytime I had a question even if he had to stop doing something, he answered, explain and even taught me a thing or two. With him and Jeremy flawless service. Jeremy is straight to the point, knowledgeable, service focused and funny as hell. Knew exactly what to fix BEFORE THE SCAN, talk about old school mechanic, Jeremy and Logan are locked in real talk, these guys can hold their own no question. It’s not a bad place at all with reasonable prices and will get the work done right. All the bad reviews seem to be people upset over small things and we all know how customers can get. Took my Chrysler 300 there a phew times and always been great to me so ima keep going to them if I have problems. I recommend going to Logan.

I was told that my vehicle was covered by their warranty because my car went out before it was even a month that I had it and I needed to transmission. They’ve had my car since October 23, 2025 and it is now November 20, 2025, and I still don’t have my car. They don’t follow up they don’t give you any updates. They haven’t even returned any of my calls that I’ve ever made don’t trust them they’re untrustworthy.

This was the worst auto shop I went to every time I took my car there that was under warranty they never fixed the problem I took my car for the transfer case they had a transfer case on the ground like they was going too put it in my car they called me and told me if was finish like in 3 hour later not to mention they had my car for a month and did nothing to it and then told me I just dropped the car off when they had it for 30 days and I went up there too see what was the hold up now back the them acting like they did the transfer case it’s still the same transfer case that was made on the car all they did was put gear lube in it so the sound would go away now I am replacing what they charge me 100 deductible and they never fixed and I believe they didn’t fix it because the bolt was so old they couldn’t get them A loose every since I had this car I had problems with them fixing it when this stuff going on since day one I don’t recommend to no one Iguess warranty people they mess over
