Got me out of a pinch when I accidentally over-filled my engine oil. 😂😂 There’s a decent and friendly group of people working here. Labor rates are great. They have a long wait time, but you can see out front they always have work to do. Not a bad way to be.
View on GoogleDo not trust this company they are a bunch of dishonest people they need their license revoked because they charge me $3500 for a fix that they did not fix. I have it fit not fixed again and have to put more money. You need to really watch not going to these people they will take your money and screw you over. Please watch yourself and then next thing something else is gonna break down the next day or the next week. Remember, don’t ever go here if you buy a car for me right way don’t take your vehicle vehicles there. You ask for a oil change they don’t fix it or change anything they lie to you
View on GoogleI would highly recommend sending anyone to Louie auto and truck. After my vehicle being stuck at summit Kia for 3 months for a recall. They were not able to fix my vehicle. Louie's auto and truck made sure my vehicle was fixed within 4 days. My warranty approved of them. Mike and the receptionist was really good with reassuring and communicating over updates on my vehicle through the whole process. The person who worked on my vehicle did amazing. They also made sure my vehicle smelled really good and was clean. I absolutely love this place and will make sure I continue coming here for my vehicle. They genuinely care about their customers. ♥️☺️

View on GoogleThe guys here are awesome. They took great care of my vehicle when I dropped it off for an alignment and an oil change. They were super polite to me and the office staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely be taking my car to them from now on.
