It can be a jungle out there when you need transmission service. That's why I never go to anyone else but Leonard, because quite simply I don't trust anybody else with my beloved Mustang. You're in good hands with Leonard. Sure, he might come off as a little gruff, but what great mechanic isn't? You can bet that he will pinpoint the problem, and FIX IT. And best of all, it won't cost you an arm and a leg. Leonard's is the BEST transmission shop out there, bar none!

I rarely write negative reviews, but after my experience with Leonard's Transmission, I feel compelled to warn others. I dropped my car off over four weeks ago to have a transmission issue fixed, and after all that time, I was told that they hadn’t even looked at it yet. To say I was frustrated is an understatement. When I first dropped the car off, I was assured that they'd get to it soon, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. Four weeks of waiting, with zero updates, and no communication on their end. I had to follow up multiple times, and each time, I was given vague responses and promises that weren’t kept. It’s one thing to deal with delays, but the total lack of customer service and transparency was beyond disappointing. I understand that shops get busy, but if you're going to keep someone's car for that long, at least give them an honest timeline and keep them in the loop. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, and my new shop took care of everything quickly and professionally. I highly recommend shopping around before you trust Leonard's with your vehicle. There are plenty of other places out there that value your time and will treat you with the respect you deserve. This experience was a total letdown, and I won't be going back.

Highly recommend! Leonard is an honest mechanic and does great work! He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need! He had me back on the road within a week with a new transmission! His prices are very reasonable and cheaper than other places. My first time doing business with him and happy to say, I'm so glad I found his shop. For future customers, even if he has a long wait, it's worth it. Always remember, generally if a mechanic is busy, that's a GOOD sign that they are trusted and do good work!!!!
