I don't even know where to begin with this review, if I tell you how amazing my experience was with this business you would think that I'm lying. First let's start with the amazing Debra or Deborah not sure how she spells her name, if you don't have customer service like this at your establishment I don't want to do business with you. Hands down the best customer service I have received in 43 years of any service I have received, pleasant, helpful, just a complete joy to deal with. Then you have the legend himself Carlos... I can't say enough about this man, he treated my daughters vehicle as if it were his daughters vehicle, he is knowledgeable, courteous, fair, consistent, passionate about the work he does and the service that he provides. I can go on and on, you would be a fool to take your vehicle anywhere else, dealership included.

Carlos provides outstanding customer service, didn’t have room for my truck, but pushed some jobs aside to get me in and out. I couldn’t be more thankful, also huge thanks to his mechanic, who stayed an hour longer just to finish the job.

View on GoogleYou can not go wrong coming to see Carlos and crew. One of the most trustworthy shops around. I have been taking my cars there for over 20 years. Never had to take it back..the problem was diagnosed and fix correct the first time. I do not take my cars anywhere else but here. You always get an honest diagnosis and opinion and options from Carlos. Cannot recommend this shop enough. They service all different manufacturers from domestic to foreign. Has a parking lot, handicap parking, separate bathrooms, cash or credit ..no checks..open 6 days a week. Saturdays are a call ahead and speak with Carlos is recommended. Cannot say enough about this shop
