I found my new shop. I was at another shop down the street for an issue with my car not starting and was told that I needed an engine and was quoted over $5000 for the job. On a whim, I took it to this shop as I was recommended to them by my dad. They checked the car out and told me all I needed was a starter. They took care of me for a tenth of the price and I was out of there ready to get back to work. Very thankful for the guys up there for there work!

Well, if you have Jeep Grand Cherokee with cylinder miss fires and they say you need a new cam shaft, they are right but they will purchase after market parts and tell you your solenoid is bad and on back order but the reality is the part they put on is from China and will go bad in 2-4 weeks. The they'll tell you oh it's the timing chain but that should have been looked at when they pulled everything apart. At the end of the day, I should have never excepted my car back when the check engine light was still on, that is on me. $1,850 for an after market cam shift that went bad 4 weeks after I picked it up. Now, I have my regular mechanic looking at it and he confirmed after market junk installed. So he is replacing it with OEM parts, both sides and nothing was wrong with the timing for right around same price
View on GoogleThe price was high, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my car fixed. The mechanical work was done correctly, and my car is running well. However, the customer service I received was poor. The staff member I interacted with was quick and had a rude, dismissive demeanor that felt unnecessary and sarcastic. While the car is fixed, the unpleasant customer interaction means I will not be returning to this business in the future.
