Gratiot wheel & tire was a great experience! I came in looking for new wheels, tires and leveling kit. They were very helpful to find what I wanted and didnt push to upsell the expensive inventory , which I appreciated! After I dropped my truck off, they called to let me know I needed some front end work like shocks, ball joints, sway bar.. they offered to take care of it but gave me honest information on the services that I could wait on fixing and what's most important to get done. I decided to get the ball joints done, which wasnt very expensive. And I will definitely return there to get the rest of the work done. They even dropped my truck off at my work because I wasnt able to pick it up. Overall , they were honest, did good work, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for repairs because they do more than just wheels & tires!

Had another shop tell me to come over here for a tire patch. Worked out but also noted that I was down to wear lines on the fronts. Quoted me a great price for 4. Called in the morning about just the 2 fronts. Gave me the same per tire price. Came in the afternoon and they had them balanced and mounted in under an hour. Great work and price. Will be back as needed and will tell all my friends about them.

View on GoogleMy tire was losing air from a nail and the guy on the phone said they could fix it in about 15 minutes so I gave them a try. The counter guy and repair staff in the back were all friendly and helpful. The work was done in a little under 15 minutes just as promised. I would go here again! Note: The address is on Gratiot but the entrance is off of Utica Road, about 250 feet after the intersection behind the building with the mural.
