I wish I could leave a 0 star review because that is EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE after the way my husband and I were treated! If you want your vehicle fixed correctly do NOT take it to this service center! We have taken our 2022 Ram truck in 4 times in the last month and been told the issue was resolved only to get it home and THE SAME ISSUE STILL EXISTS! Then when my husband goes to confront the manager he calls the police on him for no reason. He did not threaten anyone only raised his voice due to the lack of respect we have received! How can you tell someone the issue is resolved and when they get home they check it to see that NOTHING has actually been resolved? Then the police agreed with everything my husband said because he did nothing wrong except raise his voice and the manager is still trying to lie and say he threatened the employees which is not true or the police would have arrested him! Not only do they not fix their vehicles correctly but they lie about their customers as well. Not the kind of service I expected to receive. I know as a customer service employee I would be FIRED if I treated my customers this way and that is why I am also contacting CORPORATE to launch a complaint about this service manager as well but thought other customers might want to know what kind of service they are looking at getting at this service center!
