STAY AWAY!!! Paid almost $3,000 for repairs that were never done!! ​I brought my foreign vehicle here for timing issues. A promised 2 week repair turned into more than 4 weeks of me constantly chasing them down for updates. ​After getting the car back, I took it to my regular mechanic of 12 years for a second look. He proved to me that the engine had never even been touched; hoses and factory components showed absolutely no signs of removal. Alex covered this up with excuses about "sludge buildup" and double oil changes, promising me it would run better the more I drove it. It didn't. Two months later, the car was a total loss. ​Alex is smooth talking and friendly, but it's just a front. I was completely ripped off... Highly do not recommend!!

Update: Alex called me after reading my review and apologized for the repairs (that did not remove the Check Engine Light). He graciously refunded my purchase price for the nox sensor and the EGR Valve. I felt like that was a pretty "stand up" thing to do. Previous review below: They tried to help which is the reason for the 2 stars. They ended up putting non OEM parts on my sprinter which kept making the check engine light reappear. They replaced nox sensors, EGR valve and brakes & calipers. The check engine kept coming back on showing the EGR valve and the nox sensor which were already replaced. I brought it to a different repair shop and they replaced the EGR valve and the nox sensors with MB OEM parts and the light went off and has not returned. Basically I had to pay for these expensive repairs twice. Also one of the calipers was not torqued correctly and it came loose. I had to pull over and get it towed. Then I had to rent a uhaul for work because I needed a vehicle. The new repair place I brought it to said that If I would've kept driving it, the wheel would've seized up and created a ton more damage. They re-torqued the rest of the calipers and said that another one was loose. No problems since that fix. All in all, I believe they tried to help but I don't believe they had the right experience with this type of vehicle like they claimed.

​🛑 ABSOLUTE AMATEUR HOUR – DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP ​If I could give zero stars, I would. This wasn't just a bad repair; it was a $1,500 lesson in how to get scammed. ### Why you should stay far, far away: ​The Bait & Switch: He looked me in the eye and swore the car would be 100% fixed for $1,500. He took the money, kept the car way past the deadline, and delivered absolutely zero results. ​Mechanical Negligence: It takes a special kind of "skill" to break a brand-new part while installing it. He managed to destroy the old part and the replacement, proving he has no business touching anyone's engine. ​Broken Promises: Don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth. "Ready on time" is a lie. "Guaranteed fix" is a lie. The only thing he’s good at is making excuses for his own failure. ​The Verdict: ​I walked out $1,500 poorer with a car that still has the exact same issue. This guy is either completely clueless or intentionally deceptive. Either way, your car isn't safe in his hands. ​Save your sanity and your wallet—go to a real professional, not this hack.

Alex and his crew provided a quality repair taking the time to do the job right. Im really happy with their work and will enlist their services in the future.
