My X3 had the “battery discharge” light go off in this frigid weather and it was a 7 year old battery so I decided to replace it. I would normally just do this myself but BMW’s require a diagnostic tool to reset the battery light and make sure the new battery is charging correctly. Nikolas was able to get me in the same day and install a new battery for me and reset everything with the diagnostic tool. Great service!

View on GoogleNikolas Motorsport is the real deal. I was lucky enough to get my BMW in 2020 and took it here right away for a Dinan stage 1 tune. The whole thing went smooth even when my DME refused to cooperate and had to be shipped out. They gave me a loaner, kept me updated the whole time, and made the whole process feel way easier than it should have been. Jump to 2025 and 85k miles later the car has been solid, but out of nowhere it started bogging down and shaking. I didn’t even think twice about who to call. They picked up right away, got my car in the same day, and even had another loaner waiting for me. I genuinely forgot how high their service level is until I was back in the shop. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and saved me money by taking it one step at a time instead of throwing random parts at the problem. Robin and the mechanics have impressed me twice now and that says everything. I’ll be back for any repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. These guys know their craft and they treat you right. Thanks again!!
View on GoogleI brought my 2005 BMW 330 ci in to have my convertible top fixed. They told me it needed this and that. Charged me $5000 and it only worked for 2 weeks. I did my own diagnosis. Found 2 ground wires that were sorting themselves out, and haven't had a problem since. My convertible top hydraulic fluid was low when I took it in and they never even checked that, nor did they fill it... Obviously! Wouldn't you think to check that first???????
