I don't even know how to put into words the service they offered. Dan is incredibly knowledgable about vehicles, and when I faced my hit and run, he helped make the insurance claim run smoothly, he knew exactly how we should handle it and answered all of my questions. I've been to a few shops around here and they have tried to run one over on me, but Auburn Collision didn't. This place is truly a jem and I highly reccomend bringing your car here to get fixed. Their loaner vehicles are also beautiful and a good price per day, I honestly haven't been a big jeep fan until I drove that 2026 Grand Cherokee. It handled Michigan's bumpy roads seamlessly, and I felt like the ride as a whole was smoother even over speed bumps.

I took my vehicle here for some body work and asked them to quote me on other items needed (radiator flush/fill, tore rotation, exhaust leak, interior detail). I had to rent a vehicle from them for transport while my vehicle was being worked on. The body work was completed mostly on time (4 days instead of the estimated). That spaneed a weekend thus adding more time to the rental, but overall they did a good job with that. The main issue was the "additional work they needed to quote. I dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday. The body work was completed later the following Monday, let's call that 4 business days. At that point NONE of the additional work had been quoted. By the following Wednesday, mind youI'm still paying for th erental vehicle, none of the additional work had been quoted yet. I picked up the vehicle and they stated they only had 1 technician for the additional items to be quoted and he hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. Three of the additional service quotes I requested needed no interaction from a technician (radiator flush and fill, tire rotations, interior detail), yet the service advisor simply failed to quote and communicate those to me. These all could have been accomplished while the body work was being done. The service advisor raced, when picking up the vehicle, to quote the additional items. At that point I'd paid for 2 additional rental days for no reason. If I'm rentain a vehicle, and you cannot take the time to quote the additional service I requested, just be honest and I'll bring it back in when you do have time. Their failure to communicate actual expectations was the largest issue. I'll have them quote body work if needed in the future. But I will not use them for routine maintenance.
