They are great about getting you in, problem is they charge more then belle tire for balance and rotation, i bought a tire already had 4 new ones needed to replace one from the pothole, when u buy a tire it is free balance and rotation, NOT HERE THEY CHARGED 60 DOLLARS PLUS THE NEW TIRE. SO JUST buy the tire and go else where for the rest. I could of bought the tire paid belle tire to do the rest, lesson learned! POLICE PAY NO LABOR AND PARTS ONLY. BUT THIS NURSE PAID 219 FOR BALANCE ROTATION AND to PUT THE NEW TIRE THEY SOLD ME ON. And i have my old tire they didnt even have to dispose of it! THE TIRE WAS 150, WHY CHARGE ME TO PUT IT ON AND BALANCE IT. BECAUSE IT WAS HALF THE PRICE OF THE NEW TIRE. NEVER AGAIN.

This is the second time I've been here, it's a little out of my way but one of the few tire places that are open on Sundays. And now I can say, even if it wasn't a Sunday, it's well worth the trip for me. Both of my experiences have been top notch. The customer service is top notch and the staff is very friendly and professional. Yesterday when I went I was greeted by the smiling owner. And then was followed up by a manager who went over my options and patiently answered all my questions. I have an extremely common tire size and is near impossible to find a used one. But they sold me a brand new one for a great price, the service was fast and professional. And I drove off smiling. It's so rare to have an experience like that in modern times. They value their customers, have pride in what they do and I can't think of a bad thing to say about Jimenez and would recommend them to anyone. If I ever need tires or any mechanical services they offer they'll always be my first choice on where to go. They're legit the best place of it's kind I've ever been.

They charge 75 bones for a diagnosis and then no one to talk to me about it since I wasn't getting the service.. seemed like they just wanted my money. EDIT - You didn't tell me about the charge until I was at the shop, not on the phone, and no I didn't think it was going to be a $650 fix (that's on me). I'm going to get a free diagnosis from another shop today, so you can save the "you saved money with us" pitch. Thanks for taking my money when I have almost none. Cheers

While the majority of people in the need for tires/rims may frequent the big name tire chain stores, those "in the know" go to Jimenez tire. I have been coming here several years and can not think of any reason to go anywhere else. I am always approached quickly and asked how I can be helped even when they seem quite busy. The service is much much faster than if you were to go to a chain tire store. I have a 18 year old daughter that I sent here completely confident that she would be treated fairly without fear that because she was a young girl they would try to overcharge her or sell her something she didn't need. If your looking for tire or general mechanic work you cant go wrong here.
