I dealt mostly with Brian and Ross through my repair process and they were both extremely helpful. Quality service and they did what they could to save me money where possible as well. I don't plan on crashing any cars any time soon, but if I do I will be going back here!

I had an excellent experience working with Ross during my recent repair at Crash Champions. From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything completely stress-free. Ross was professional, communicative, and genuinely supportive the entire time. He explained what would be done, gave me realistic timelines, and followed through on everything he promised. My vehicle (Tesla) was returned in beautiful condition, clean, polished, and looking brand new. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. And I got my car earlier than expected. They did above and beyond what they needed to on Tesla model 3. They were quick and communicative. As well as they did an amazing job on the repairs. Working seamlessly with the insurance company. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Ross was amazing at keeping contact with me. I know as EV owners we can be hesitant to take our vehicles anywhere other than the manufacturer but I highly recommend these folks! I believe I got better faster service than tesla themselves!

Truly Outstanding Service – My Tesla Feels Brand New Again Unfortunately, a deer jumped out in front of my 2024 Tesla Model Y, causing significant front-end damage, popping the hood, and breaking multiple parts. My insurance company recommended Crash Champions, and from the moment I walked into their office, I knew it was different from any other auto shop I’ve been to. I was greeted by someone who was extremely enthusiastic and attentive to my needs. Everyone in the shop looked professional, wearing company-branded shirts, clean cut, and behaving respectfully – no swearing or careless chatter behind the scenes like I’ve seen elsewhere. The representative who assessed my car took the time to listen carefully to everything I said. He didn’t interrupt or dismiss my concerns, but instead explained the process thoroughly in a way I could understand. That level of respect and communication really set them apart. Throughout the entire repair process, they sent me regular text updates letting me know where things stood with parts ordering, repairs, and testing. They even did a final thorough test and found a small issue that they proactively fixed before returning the car. When I picked up my Tesla, it was completely detailed and cleaned inside and out. Honestly, it looked and felt brand new – I couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Driving it today, it feels perfect, maybe even better than when I first bought it. I genuinely trust this team, and I want everyone to know that Crash Champions is one of the best places you could ever take your car for repairs. I almost want to crash my car again just so I can experience their incredible service again (though hopefully, I won’t have to!).

As I was wiping down my Audi after a car wash I found damage to the door trim. I sought a certified Audi body shop and found Service King. Within minutes of sending them an email and photos of the damage, Mike called me. He gave me an estimate for the parts and labor but asked me to stop by first as he thought he had a quick fix for the scratches. When I asked him about a charge to pass along to the car wash, he said if he could remove the scratches the service would be complimentary. Needless to say, I'm a believer in Service King. This is the most professionally run business I've dealt with in a long time. I would recommend them without hesitation whether your collision damage is on a Beetle or a Bentley.
