I did not say enough good thing about this body shop. I have been using them for the past 13 years and they have always went above and beyond in their service. I just picked up my vehicle this morning after it haven’t been in the shop for six days, and it was the hardest time for Tony to find the part and when they finally did the morning it arrived he called me and said my car was ready. You would definitely be doing yourself a very, very big dish service if you do not take your vehicle to Chavez Auto before you take it anywhere else to get a quote. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. !!

Tony working on my 2014 Chevy equinox right now prior to me bringing this vehicle to him he worked on plenty of other vehicles of mine and did a outstanding amazing job, with communication and telling me what I'll need for my car he didn't sugar coat anything when working on my cars Tony is my go to mechanic I'll always recommend him. He's the only mechanic that will get my money. He even sold me cars before that was in good shape . I originaly trusted Tony and Al becaue I had gotten several repairs done there and I always paid after the service was done, and it was never in the thousands, but once I paid in advance $1833 Thousand Dollars it's when they Proved "DON'T TRUST" Chavez Auto!! Since the next day after they Supposedly repaired my car it's been doing all the things they charged me for and because I had misplaced the receipt and have some personal medical issues and doubting my own mind because I have No Knowledge about cars and my husband passed no other male family it was a while before my friend recommened Callahan Auto too do a Complete Diagnostic on my car, they did and they said I Quote " Chavez Auto at the very least should return my money" because they NEVER REPAIRED My Car. And Tony has Denied it. Tony and Al are TOTALLY DECEPTIVE MACHANIC'S!!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS AUTO SHOP OF DECEPTION!!!

I have had car issues for the past three months and was taking it to a shop in Troy. They told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when it kept overheating for three months I was recommended to come to Chavez by my cousin to get a tuneup, when I mentioned to them that my car was overheating and with their patience and knowledge my car was diagnosed in less than five minutes! Not only was my tuneup, priced great, they also saved me a lot of money and stress before my car got worse!! I will always go to them to get my car fixed!
