Victory Honda of Plymouth Service

UPDATE: I’m updating my previous review because Wade, the manager of Victory Honda Service, personally called me to apologize for my experience. He acknowledged what happened and offered me a free oil change and even a full tank of gas to make things right, which I appreciated. This time, he assigned me to work with Hayder, and Hayder did a wonderful job. He got my oil change done in a timely manner and also addressed my recall efficiently. The experience was much smoother, more professional, and a big improvement from my last visit. I’m thankful that Wade took my concerns seriously and worked to correct the situation. Good customer service is not about never making mistakes, but about how those mistakes are handled, and I appreciate the effort to turn things around.

Save your time and money and avoid at all costs! In the beginning I had a good experience on a recall. My last several experiences have proved more than disappointing. My last “recommended maintenance” they caused more damage, which of course couldn’t be proved, so in the end cost me a ton more in repairs. Highly disappointed.

Everything from start to finish went well for my oil change and tire rotation. Maureen was awesome! She's very knowledgeable friendly and made sure my service was completed quickly as well.Thank you for a great experience. I will be back for my next oil change.

Nearly 2 years ago, I purchase a certified used vehicle from Victory Honda Plymouth. Vijay made purchasing a used vehicle less daunting. I paid for the maintenance package of 2 years and every check up went well. Now, this brutal weather as of late has caused my vehicle not to start. Initially, I called and spoke with a woman who told me that my battery was less than 2 years old and under warranty. I got the vehicle jump started and proceeded immediately to service as I was instructed. At that time I felt a huge sigh of relief. When I spoke to a gentleman in service, he took one look at the battery and said you did not get the battery here. He claimed, there should have been a Victory sticker on the battery. I explained about the phone call and what I was told about the warranty on the phone. He was rude and insisted it didn't matter what I was told. Mind you he has not tested the battery or looked in the computer. In turn, I asked to speak with the manager of service, Zach, because he has been so kind in the past. He looked in the computer verified what I was told. Further he said the battery came from the dealership. At that point, he tested the battery and said it was good and didn't need to be replaced. I was happy and relieved once again. He also said that it is imperative to drive around a half an hour to allow the alternator to recharge the battery. With in 2 weeks my car was doing the same thing and it was still less than 2 years. So, I called the dealership to make them aware of the persisting issue. The gentleman who answered the phone in service was extremely rude and told me they would not do anything to replace the battery. The reason given was that the battery was replaced by the dealer one month before I purchased the vehicle. As a result, the battery was not under warranty. At this juncture, the battery was under 2 years old. I told him then that his attitude and poor customer service was unacceptable. At that point he boasted that they are in the TOP TEN in the U.S. To recap, I was initially told during my original call to the dealership my battery was covered. I am extremely upset that I had to replace the battery on my own and the situation was never addressed properly. Needless to say I will no longer take my business to Victory Honda.

We were out our was losing air found a huge screw in it, it was 4pm on a Friday. Hayder Sultan was able to get us in immediately and replace the tire immediately. Best customer service!!!! We are so thankful.
