The Plymouth Auto Lab is great! As a family, we’ve had our vehicles serviced there for many years. Friendly, thorough, quick and good prices. Lynn was especially nice this last time, thanks again for your help.
View on GoogleI have been going to this auto lab location for 20 yrs. I had referred my dad and friends. I had a water issue that was related to the moonroof drain line being clogged which the dealer had diagnosed. I brought the diagnosis to autolab which they said they could repair. I paid $1800 to them to perform repair. After a couple months I realized the rear carpet was still getting wet. I brought vehicle back to autolab and they claimed the lines were draining properly. I had to take vehicle back to the dealer to figure out the issue and they said the right side rear drain was still clogged, which they were able to unclog with a long pipe cleaner wire. So the issue was what they said it was from the beginning. I questioned what autolab did because if they had installed new drain lines like the dealer said why would they still not be functioning. The owner never would call me back to discuss so I had to stop by the shop. They claimed they did what the dealer said to fix the issue and stood by their work but weren’t willing to offer any $ amount for not fixing the problem. They lost a longtime customer as I will not bring another vehicle to them again nor will I be referring any friends.

Service and front desk support great. We have a trusted shop in Plymouth and this is now another trusted shop (and that’s hard to find). We will take our other vehicle here to get new tires and brakes soon!
View on GoogleI went there because my engine light came on and wanted an accessment on the problem. I was never told there was a fee for diagnostic testing. I was charged $300 for this testing and that is with my Costco discount. The lack of transparency is ridiculous. The dealership didn't even charge that much. If I was told that beforehand I would have just left. It's a shame that auto shops are notorious for scamming customers. It's especially sad in these trying times with high food and gas prices. Nobody has money to give away. Be careful these people don't care.
View on GoogleHad my starter go out to my truck and the tow company dropped my truck off and they were able to get it fixed for me in a few hours while I stayed working. They kept in touch with me through the process and never had to go there and even picked my vehicle up after hours. Would give 10 stars if I could.
