I had a phenomenal experience working with Matt, Chad, and Randy at Ryan’s Auto Repair and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area. From booking the appointment to driving my car home, everything was above and beyond what I expected. They even gave me a ride home and arranged for me to be picked up later so I didn’t have to wait around at the shop. The service was exceptional, clear, and honest. Randy took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car and walked me through multiple cost-effective options. There was no pressure and no upselling, just straightforward advice like he was helping out a friend. You can tell this team really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. If your vehicle needs looked at, make Ryan’s your first call!

Your search is over. You just found your next auto repair shop. I've been a repeat customer for all the right reasons: this team is trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, and kind. If you have questions, they'll happily take extra time with you to explain what a part does, how the vehicle is functioning, anything you may want to look out for in the future, and so on. They don't fear-monger, and they consistently give the impression of looking out for your best interest. They've gone the extra mile on multiple occasions for me, and I'm grateful for their work and expertise. My one suggestion is that you give the shop a follow-up call in the afternoon if you haven't yet heard back about your vehicle's status. Some days can get busy. From an oil change to a complicated fix, go with these folks. Pete, Matt, Randy and team -- thank you for your help over the last few years!

We've been coming to Ryan's for years, I'd say 8+ at this point. Always treated well and fair. They do the job and they do it right. Seriously I go to know other shop because trust in vehicle repair matters and I trust them to diagnose and fix my vehicles properly. Thank you!

I brung my car here because i couldn’t move it & the tow to my normal shop was too far. I got a diagnosis & was told i needed 2300$ in repairs & was shocked so i go it towed to my mechanic and just paid the far tow rate & they told me i only need one thing done from the laundry list of things Ryans told me i needed repaired, it only came out to 390$ and im glad i took my car from ryans & brung it somewhere else

Went to the wrong shop by mistake—and it went downhill fast. I was trying to get to Certified Auto Care of Plymouth, but ended up at Ryan's by accident. Matt greeted us and was friendly and helpful—that’s where the good experience ended. I was supposed to receive a call around 9 AM with an estimate for my brakes (that’s all I wanted done). By 9:45, I hadn’t heard back, so I called to follow up. That’s when I spoke with Pete, who was incredibly rude. He said he could get me my quote if people would stop calling and interrupting him. I was honestly shocked. Still, he said he’d call back in 15 minutes. Almost two hours later, still no call. My husband called this time, and Pete again acted irritated—he even said he wanted to talk to me, not him. Then he rattled off a mile-long list of things “wrong” with my car. When we called out how unprofessional and rude he was being, he showed no accountability and brushed us off. We told him just to wrap things up—we’d come get the car. When we got there, Pete was just as unpleasant in person. Matt was at lunch, unfortunately. To top it all off, my car was parked in the entrance/exit, not in a parking spot. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. We drove just a few doors down to Certified Auto Care of Plymouth and were treated with kindness and professionalism. If you’re in the area, don’t make the same mistake—skip Ryan’s and go see Ray or Chris at Complete Auto!
