I received amazing customer service from start to finish. I had an issue with my tire on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find out Nicks was open and could get me in and out same day. So friendly and efficient. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend and will be returning for any tire needs.
View on GoogleI was having a brake issue and brought it to Nick’s. My first time and boy what a surprise. The employees were super friendly, interested in my problems, and got my car in quick for a diagnosis. Upon inspection they confirmed the problem and quickly got to fixing it. They were done in a few hours, had great pricing, and I feel safe back on the road. These guys were great!!! I trust them and now have my go to mechanic!!
View on GoogleThese are my mechanics. They get to the root of the problem and actually fix it. I moved out of Plymouth but I rather tow my truck 100 miles to them than experiment again with a new mechanic. Nah, I had a bad experience and I'm not doing it again. Also their charges feel very realistic and when they're done, the car feels like it had some work done on it. I highly recommend.

I’m so thankful Nick and the rest of the crew worked on my car so quickly. I also appreciate the pricing being in the range it should be rather then over charging. They fixed exactly what I was thinking may be the issue and my car is driving great! I would recommend coming here 100%
View on GoogleI called last week to get my car towed here as my car starter wasn’t working. After they did an assessment they said it would cost $1,100 to replace the starter mainly because it is in a hard to reach area that would take 4-5 hours of labor to replace. I told them I would call around first as that price seemed real steep (also felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that my car was towed there and at there mercy). I called Wear Master across the street and they quoted me for $425 to get it replaced after telling them the model of my car and where the starter was located. Wear Masters stuck the $425 quote and I called Nick’s auto and told them I was getting it towed across the street. They said they won’t let it be towed without paying for the $71 assessment they did 🙄. I went to pay it and got it towed to Wear Masters to get it fixed. The next day Wear Masters called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up and that they didn’t need to replace the starter as it was just a loose wire and they took care of it. Asked them how much and they said NO CHARGE! From almost getting charged $1,100 plus the $71 assessment fee (where they didn’t find the loose wire and tried to take advantage of my situation) to paying no money at all at Wear Masters Auto across the street where they definitely gained a loyal customer moving forward. Take my advice… go across the street to Wear Masters!
