Showed up 15 mins till close from a dealer I purchased a car from. I was out of town. Can’t say who I dealt w. But he was older and rude. Told me to come back tomorrow and I was driving to Ohio. I explained that to him. Go anywhere but there. Lazy and unprofessional. Change your hours if you want to close at 545.
View on GoogleI went in October 3 to get a oil change on my Mercedes-Benz. Once I was told to start the vehicle up and started knocking very loudly and smoking they told me to turn it off. I did that they try to act like they did nothing wrong I called my husband. He said they had to do something wrong our cause garage 90% of the time first time not going to Mercedes for an oil change hit me started again. It knocked and smoked at a car a tow truck to To find out that they blew my engine by putting oil in my cooling system, they didn’t want to take responsibility and their insurance company was Rude I had to go through my insurance. I have my car taken care of. My car was totaled out.
