I went there with no issues at all — my truck was in perfect condition with brand new tires. I only wanted to check if it needed an alignment or any adjustment, just to make sure everything was fine and to protect the tires. However, after they did the alignment, the truck started pulling to the right. I went back and told them, so they took it in again and said they fixed the problem. When I drove it again, this time the truck was pulling to the left. I went back once more, but they told me it was too late and to return the next day. When I returned, the employee told me that their alignment machine had a problem but that it was now fixed, and my truck was ready. Unfortunately, after testing it the third time, the steering wheel was now crooked, and the alignment was completely ruined. They charged me over $500 for absolutely nothing, and instead of improving the alignment, they made it worse. When I first went there, my truck drove perfectly straight with no problems at all. I only wanted to double-check and keep my tires in good shape — but I ended up wasting my money and leaving with a problem I didn’t have before.

Horrible place straight scammers and robbery my truck had a bit of a shake going between 65-75 took it to them for inspection to see what’s wrong dude at the front desk said that mostly happens when tires aren’t balanced or alignment come im like if that’s issue how much would it be he said wheel balance 100 bucks im like if that’s the issue get them balanced come back the next day dude says front bushing axle bushing are bad quotes me 3500 I’m like ill pass dude in the lobby says I owe 235 I’m like for what inspection is 125 he’s like wheel balance why would you do a wheel balance if that’s not the issue
