Young dude didn't ask me what kind of oil I wanted just charged me. Dude said he was corporate and I should keep the oil I was using its not good to switch. Big dude always ask before he does anything. Service suck Im going back to the big chain at least their honest and ask you before charging you. Prices is high for this little dirty dump.
View on GoogleWORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I brought my car in because the check engine light and sensor lights were on, and it kept shutting down in the middle of the road, a very serious safety issue. My car stayed there for a whole week. During that time, they called me multiple times claiming it was fixed, only for me to show up and find out it wasn’t + they kept pushing unnecessary services. I ended up paying $1,100, which is a lot for me as a college student. I trusted them, thinking they were professionals and would actually fix the issue. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car and drove it home, the original problem wasn’t even fixed. I don’t have another car at home, so I had no choice but to take it. This place completely failed to deliver what they promised. Stay far away from this place, they don’t know what they’re doing.
View on GoogleWas quick and easy. Did nothing more and nothing less than what I asked for. Would have been 5 stars had the workers been more friendly and the shop was filthy beyond belief. Over all I would recommend this oil shop if your looking for a in and out oil shop. This review was left by someone with many years of shop experience.
View on GoogleI recently had an oil change at 9 Min Oil Change and the experience was far from satisfactory. First, the wait time was excessively long—over an hour despite a scheduled appointment. When they finally got to my car, I noticed that they didn’t properly check the fluid levels or even clean the dipstick before putting it back. To make matters worse, I found oil residue on my engine cover afterward, indicating a sloppy job. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful when I expressed my concerns. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and questioning whether my car was truly taken care of. I won’t be returning for future services.
View on GoogleWork was good, & mechanic was friendly. Only problem was. I scheduled the appt 3 days in advance, & didn't know until after I got there, while my vehicle was up in the air, that my part hadn't showed up yet, & I was to be there at 9a. & wasn't seen until after 10:30a. ( with no customers in front of me.) But, other than those 2 incidents. My vehicle was fixed great! Would I go back? Or, refer this place 2 anybody? YES! Just make sure your part, & mechanic are there before you arrive.
