Really great experience. I attempted to drop off a tire for replacement. The gentleman was able to do it immediately and it took ten minutes. The used tire I purchased was only 50 dollars and looks very new. I have spent more at other places for a junk used tire that only lasted a few weeks. Being that I work nearby, I don't see myself going anywhere else.

View on GoogleExtremely rude, very poor customer service, and lack of respect for customers. A return customer who has brought business to them in the past. I’m coming from the westside of Detroit to support their small business. Today was no different. 11/06/2020 - I stop at their business between 5 and 6 pm. I have a set of rims and tires along with a spare tire that I wanted changed over. I wanted to dispose of the bad tires and was going to offer the 4 winter tires to him to sell since they are in good condition. The winter tires do not fit my car and I figured I would be doing a good deed to give them the tires to sell and help their business. I asked about how much they would charge to the job with no expectations of having it completed today since I know they close at 6 pm. The first question asked was whether I had my own tires. I said yes then he rudely said he could not do the job, he said something about too much work (Not seeing a line of cars and customers outside, mind you) and was rushing me along in a since to say that the job wasn’t worth the time. He didn’t even let me know how much he would charge per wheel/tire but mumbled toward the end that I can come back tomorrow if I wanted to...again saying my job wasn’t worth his time. I’m not sure if he judged me and thought so wouldn’t pay what he would have charged, but again that was your bad judgement and you should run a business in that manner. I would have easily paid what you had charged to get the job done with no issues. Your mistake. No one wants your off brand over priced tires nor wants to go to a business that does not respect their customers by wearing a mask during a COVID-19 pandemic. So I would not recommend nor recommend anyone else to take your business. My friends, coworkers, and business associates will not be going her as well.
