Took my truck into Madison Heights tire and automotive this morning at 8:30. For a oil and filter change. I bought my oil and filter and took it to them.Also check the air pressure in all my tires. I bought my tires from them Cooper all terrain great tires. They called me at 9:30 it was ready to pickup. Cost for service was $25.00 they did add air to my tires I run 44 psi as the tires have written on the tires. I could tell immediately as it feels correct driving. Now I'll keep a eye on the cement where I park the truck for any leaks in the location of the drain plug and the oil filter location. I recommend them for quick service for oil changes.

I was having a rough morning and the at 12 and Woodward things got worse. My right front tire blew out. I called AAA and they sent Troy Towing and Auto Care. Both of those experiences were great. Then it got much much better from there. I literally Googled “Tire Shops Near Me.” Naturally I see Discount Tire 2 locations and a Belle Tire. However, a few below was Madison Heights Tire and Auto. I called and spoke to Joe, who happened to be the owner. I told him my situation and asked if he could get me in and out, in order to be at work by 3p. Joe asked what size and make tires did I have? He didn’t have it stock, but ran out to get 2. “I offered him my credit card number ahead of time and he said “Don’t Worry About it.” In my head, he’s an old school handshake deal kinda guy. Once I got there, Joe got right on it. His son Jeremy was behind the counter and we struck up a conversation about life. Time flew by, and the truck was done. The tires are great, rode much better, and although I’m not much of a Google Review person. I felt compelled to go above and beyond, just like Joe did for me. I’m going to need tires soon for my wife’s truck soon. I don’t care to price them or shop them. Let Joe have my business, money and loyalty. He earned my business without trying. He was just a genuine good human being.
