Worst customer service I've ever seen, rude and disrespectful guy at the front desk, promised to fix the truck and never did, but made to pay invoice over $600 for the work never asked. Beware of this business if don't want to be deceived, will never come back.
View on GoogleCouple days ago me and my friend we want to pick up his truck and I meet the guy his name is Rick first zero customer service I never seen my life latest portable guy who can talk with the customer can you stay far from me? you’re smell on his going away. The reason my friend, he dropped off the car to check up the phone. He didn’t fix the front some parts without asking. He changed a couple parts in the back and then he gave him some bill. so long history short, I recommend no one go see this guy don’t waste your time. And your money.He’s such a liar Guy and horrible service and rude with everybody ….

I kept asking how much the alignment would be nobody would say anything. but I knew alignment for a pick up truck one axle is around 100 and $120. So I let them do it. They charged me $250 for single axle alignment my truck still pulling to the right.
View on GoogleKen, Teresa and the team were great! We were traveling in our RV and needed an alignment after getting front suspension repaired. They were able to fit us into the schedule and get the work done in a timely and very professional manner. One of their mechanics, Rick, even pointed out a problem that needed fixing before the alignment which we would never have known about. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are the best and I would recommend them anytime!
View on GoogleTook our work truck there for a alignment. After truck was brought in the guy came and got me, took me in the back and showed me that the ball joints were also bad. What impressed me was that they physically showed me how much they were worn. Coukd have easily half assed "aligned" the truck srnt it and we would have been back fir tires amd bigger repairs...nice to see honesty & integrity still in this world. Fast and fair complete repair shop! The girls up front are friendly and very polite as well.
