This place is amazing. The people there are great they are honest. I took my explorer there thinking something was wrong with it (turned out to be ice in my wheels) and they were flat out honest and didn't change me anything for that. I would recommend this place over anywhere. They have worked on a few cars of mine and they get it done and done right
View on Google🚫🚫Be aware of this business! 🚫🚫🚫 I recently was a first time customer . Wait a week for my vehicle because they were backlogged supposedly. By far the worst mechanic job I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. Talk about crooks. You better watch them if you do elect thier services and make sure you get an itemized receipt they’re very deceptive. They do not take ownership of their work and they ultimately don’t conduct themselves with integrity. Especially when they said my car was fixed and I drive out there a lot at 100 feet and I break down & they turn me away. So since they did not resolve my issue and they only did 20% of the work, therefore I made sure that they received only 20% as the rest went back to my card gracefully. Thats all
View on Googleinitially had my car at another shop for repairs, but there was a separate issue they were unable to diagnose. Someone from Craig’s took a look and advised me to bring the car in, stating it appeared to be an electrical issue. When I dropped the car off, I was told there would be a $100 diagnostic fee, which would be applied toward any repairs. That seemed reasonable and standard. I left the car with approximately half a tank of gas. I was later contacted and informed that the car was ready, that nothing was found to be wrong, and that the total charge would be $140. The diagnostic process was explained to me, and I understand what was checked. However, the original issue—excessive fuel consumption—was not resolved. After driving just one mile home, the fuel range dropped by 20 miles. When I then drove the car to the dealership, it used approximately another 1/8 of a tank. This makes it clear the issue was not a one-time fluke and is still occurring. I am also unclear why there was an additional $40 charge beyond the stated $100 diagnostic fee, particularly since no repairs were performed and the issue remains unresolved.
