I just want to say thank you! I had a tire that needed to be plugged and I came in right as they opened. Was not aware that an appointment was needed. I explained my situation and the technician was very accommodating. I really appreciate what she did.
View on GoogleDO NOT GO HERE! For the love of god go anywhere else! Worst tire experience ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. No one cares, the place is disorganized, and run terribly. But worst of all is the customer service. The tire manager Jeremy is a loose cannon, rude, argumentative, not friendly what so ever. They will talk down to you. Even after spending $900 for 4 new tires. Mid conversation he literally raised his voice and yelled at me in front of multiple other customers, waved at me to leave, and walked into the car bay area. I left in shock by how I was treated.

View on GoogleDon't waste your time going here to get your BBQ tanks filled. The tire manager likes to complain to you and at you for having to fill your tank for you. I am the customer and therefore I have no rights to ask that he provide the service that is plainly advertised on the sign on the door?
View on GoogleThe other 1-star review is accurate. This is the most hostile tire shop I’ve dealt with. Staff were openly confrontational, and when I pushed back after being insulted, the response wasn’t to calm things down — it was to tell me to leave. There was no attempt to involve a manager or resolve the issue in any way. That’s not a one-off bad moment; it’s a culture problem. My BJ’s membership will not be renewed, and if you have a similar experience, I strongly recommend reporting it to BJ’s corporate customer service.
