I’ve dealt with my fair share of dealerships and tire shops over the years, but this location is hands down one of the BEST. Friday, I was in a bind. One of my tires went flat during my lunch break, so I stopped in hoping it could just be patched. Unfortunately, it couldn’t because of the wear and tear. What impressed me most was that they didn’t try to upsell me just because I’m a woman or because I pulled up in my work uniform. They took the time to inspect everything, explain my options, and gave me a fair price. They quoted me just $152 for two front tires, which I thought was more than reasonable. I only replaced one that day because that’s all I could do at the time. The story doesn’t stop there. I was so impressed with the honesty and customer service that I came back today for brakes and the remaining three tires. After another inspection, they told me I didn’t even need brakes yet. Most places could’ve easily charged me anyway, but they didn’t. I ended up only paying for my tires and an affordable road hazard warranty. Honest businesses are hard to find these days, and good customer service deserves to be recognized. A huge shoutout to Chris and Juan. You both made a stressful situation so much easier, and your honesty didn’t go unnoticed. Bell Tire is lucky to have you. You both deserve a raise and a promotion!

I went to this Madison Heights location due to needing a tire asap. Chris, not only had great customer service, he gave me a great deal on my tires. Fast & friendly service. I was even able to make it to work on time. Chris, you rock! Thank you for everything. I greatly appreciate you.

I had a flat tire today. It was flat as a pancake, but Belle Tire found the culprit (a screw!), patched it quickly and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE! Best Day Ever!! Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration but I was expecting a big bill for a replacement tire for the pancake. Instead I was taken care by kind and friendly service techs (hi, Chris!) who didn't mind my lack of car/tire knowledge. The waiting room was clean and bright too. I actually learned a few things reading their Pro Tips on the monitor. Overall a very positive experience. If you need work on your car, I would highly recommend it.

Blown tire hour before close, the location took me in at 25min to close on a cold snowy michigan night, these guys snagged it of the wrecker and got me a tire so I could make it Home in Canton, top notch service would definitely recommend Belle Tire, Dequindre rd. They gotcha covered.

Noticed one of my tires had a bald spot and wired sticking out. So I went to Belletire in Madison Heights. I have always went to Belle tire in Woodhaven, Mi. They are awesome there. I moved and thought the Madison Heights one would be just as good. I went in asked if they could change my tire. I had a good spare fixed by the Belletire in Woodhaven. The made said yes we can change it but we would have to charge you 35.00 for balancing. I said ok I ll be back tomorrow I have to get the money. I am on disability and I ll have to barrow it. I dont want to ride around and have it go flat I have my 4 year old grandson with me alot. So I came back the next day. Talked to an arrogant guy and said I was here yesterday one of your men quoted me 35.00. Then he said nope it will be fifty. I said I was told yesterday 35.00. He looked at me and said sorry. He said go to Firestone maybe they will help you. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM EVER.
