Wow huge red flags. Although Diana was super friendly before I got there, the manager is a different story. He TOLD me what i want, he wanted my budget from the get go before showing me a single vehicle and talked over me every second for the 2 minutes I was inside. All vehicles have damage and I recommend not bothering. Definitely not a buyer friendly environment. Sad too because we had cash to buy.

Really you’re going to have your own employees post five star reviews? Amazing! Just so those reading these know, some of these five star reviews are by people who post on marketplace for the dealership. Shady as the dealership is…. Look at the marketplace listings and you’ll see the names How bad is this dealership? No words to accurately describe…but I’m going to give it my best shot. Let’s start at $5,554. That’s the first check I wrote my fleet mechanic on day one of ownership and we’ll go up from there. The SAGA of this shyster dealership started when we wanted to buy a couple of trucks to replace larger work trucks for our company. Facebook ad said they have four of the same with “no visible rust”. First messages back and forth say no mechanical issues and “serviced and ready to go”. Asked all the right questions about mechanical condition and yep…everything was perfect! Tells me to come and look, made it very clear prior to coming out that I was looking to buy two or three in one purchase. Take a couple trucks for a drive and noticed a couple of obvious issues they said they’d take care of. No check engine lights, but one needed an alignment or front end work and the other had a hum from the rear… possibly a tire, but I’m not a mechanic. They said they were mechanics and have a full repair facility though and had a pretty extensive repair facility connected. Dealership said they’d take care of all issues in house prior to me picking up. Said they’d take care of the front end and also fix the rear end saying that was “probably a tire”. Made a deal with this included and bought two trucks for $30,000. I had two others I was going to purchase out of Ohio for $14,000 a piece, so they lowered the price to meet that price. I should also say I told the owner no less than 10 times I was going to come back and buy a couple more of the two worked out well and as advertised. Within the drive from Madison heights to Livonia, both had check engine lights come on. The computer and codes were obviously “cleared” to not be seen so they could sell them with “no mechanical issues”. You can see where this is going? Long and short of it…hum is a bad rear end. Full rebuild, check engine lights are numerous sensors. Alignment that was never done is actually every tie rod, ball joint, pitman arm, etc on both trucks having wear and excessive movement. You may read this and say at least they have no visible rust, and you’d be right. Because the rust was recently covered up with spray paint on cab corners, and is starting to fall out. Long and short of this is in my 50 plus years I’ve met shady sellers. This place might be the worst. Gave a check for $30,000 and within 24 hours another near $6000 with many more checks just pouring out to the mechanic. You may say the mechanic could be gouging, but this is our fleet mechanic for the last 5 years…not a shop on the side of the road. Truck one is $5554 paid. Another $2000 for tie rods, ball joints and pitman arm soon to follow. Truck two check engine light popped on 12 miles into ownership. That one will surely be thousands more! $30,000 for two 2015 trucks is now already almost $40,000. By the way, these guys were asking $20,000 each! Disgusting salesmen that will lie directly to your face. These guys fit every stereotype you can think of about used car salesmen. If they are speaking, they are lying. Because of Michigan laws on used vehicles, there’s Really nothing any of us that have been swindled can do other than warn others who may be considering buying from this place. So take this as my warning to you. If you go there, know when they speak, what they’re saying is a lie. Final repair in truck one is $8700. Truck two they’re just starting to look at and estimating $10,000. $50,000 investment at this point. Oh and the Owner was all about communicating via text to sell these trucks…until I reached out about the issues. Now…crickets. Crazy how that happens
