I needed to find an auto shop that was reliable and affordable for me. I had trouble with my abs system and I needed new brakes and tires. I called this shop and I talked to Mike, the shop manager. He told me to drop the car off any time. I dropped my car off at night and left the keys in the drop box. Mike got back to me and they had done a full inspection of everything and sent me the information via a link. It had details of each area inspected and pictures for some of the important areas that might have been of concern. I had my front brakes, 1 abs sensor, and all tires replaced. Mike made sure that I got my car back in time for work the next day. I was Very pleased. Unfortunately, the abs system error came back on I took my car in. They cleaned the sensor and it was good for a day or so. I called and Mike said that the wheel hub and bearing needed to be changed and that he’d take care of me. I took my car in. They changed those parts and they called me and said the error was constant after. They had to look deeper at all of the cars abs sensor wiring. They found a badly corroded area of wire. They replaced it and took care of all of the cost. My car has been running great since. A big thanks to Mike and the employees at Greatwater 360 on Hall road!I will be back if I need any service on my families vehicles. I highly recommend Greatwater 360 at the hall road location

I have had multiple services done here including oil changes, muffler work, tires and wheel bearings, and they have been great every time. Mike and the team are always friendly, helpful and straightforward about what is needed. They make the whole process easy and I trust the work they do. Definitely a place I feel comfortable going back to and recommending.
View on GoogleI needed brakes for my 2017 Tesla Model X and normally it have to take it to a Tesla service center which anybody who owns a Tesla knows there's not a lot of them and you have to wait a long time to get service. Went online found Great Water 360 Auto Care was able to make an appointment just a couple of days out. I took my car in and they had it fixed with new brakes put on within a few hours, super fast everything's working great, much appreciate that there's additional places we can get our Tesla's service besides Tesla themselves.
