Came in before Thanksgiving 2025, they diagnosed that the ticking with my car was right axle needed to be replaced. They gave me a price and I told them I would like to proceed. They indicated they ordered the part should come in within two days, but they will call me once arrive and I would bring in my car early and the service would be completed that day. They never called. I called to follow up on the part was told yes I remember the part still has not come in will follow up. After a month went in to follow up on part which this was in January 2026. Yes, the part is ordered, still have not come in. My right axle ended up totally breaking while driving my family, very disappointing. Went to another shop immediately and they fixed my vehicle within a day and a half with the part being delivered the same day, kept me posted regarding everything. Perfect. Still to this date this shop has not called me about my part the service or anything. Will never take my vehicle or my families vehicles to this facility again for a oil change or any type of service. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Amazing quick service. We hit a nail on the expressway and saw these guys on Google Maps and they helped us in 5-10 minutes. Only $15 for a tire patch — crazy amazing. Definitely coming back in the future.

After my experience, I left a review, and afterward, I received a call from the owner asking me to remove it because they didn’t like the wording. This made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I’m not saying anyone was dishonest — I’m simply sharing how the situation felt from my perspective. The communication and follow-up call left me uneasy, and I don’t think I’ll be returning. This is just my personal experience.

Got an oil change and an engine oil flush since I was overdue for an oil change and there was sludge buildup. Service was quick, they worked efficiently, got me in and out in about 25 min (15 for the flush and 10 for the rest)
