I received great service from John and his team at Tuffys. They executed the preventive services I requested, analyzed my vehicle and provided practical realistic suggestions for future services, and got the vehicle back to me very quickly, all of this at an excellent price. I highly recommend them.
View on GoogleI’ve been going to this location for years back when it was Van Ess & Sons, so there’s a lot of history here for me—and I’m happy to say the friendly, welcoming atmosphere hasn’t changed one bit. Stopped in recently for an oil change and had another great experience. The team was professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. It’s one of those places where you don’t feel like just another customer—they take the time to make sure you’re taken care of. I especially appreciated how well the shop is run. The management clearly knows their stuff and handles everything with confidence and professionalism, which really stood out during my visit. It was nice being able to relax for a bit, watch some TV, and enjoy a cup of coffee while they worked. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. Really glad to see this place still doing things the right way. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest service and a genuinely friendly environment.
View on GoogleRequested from TUFFY that the car get inspected for safety issues and to have replace front and rear shocks /struts. the estimate indicated that everything was check fluids, body, under carriage, engine, etc... I EVEN GOT SOME PICTURES OF THE INSPECTION. so there were no safety concerns I was advised to have the oil changed. I approved everything that was quoted including the oil change. I picked up the car drove home and then on my way to work it broke down. I was in the middle of the road unable to drive smoke everywhere car DEAD it had overheated. by the way paid about $2500.00 for the inspection and repairs. Towed to a real mechanic and he indicated that the radiator had a cracked tank. Tuffy missed that? seem to me it was a safety issue. Tuffy did not meet reasonable expectations, and I also learned I paid 110.00 for 65.00 dollar tires. I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE I WAS CHEATED AND ENDANGERED by their lack of knowledge or care.
View on GoogleI was going to take my car to the Toyota dealership for an oil change because they had a package but it increased to $100 more than the package I bought before. A friend told me he took his car to Tuffy and suggested I check them out. So, I made an appointment for later in the week. My car runs so much better now! The price was great too! I'm so happy with the service and the staff! I will be back!
