Awesome service very friendly great service If you want your car or truck fixed right way the first time They will diagnose the problem and give you an estimate. Under no pressure.Bring it there usually it will be done the same day. They figure out what you need and don’t try and up sell you.but they will inspect your vehicle if there is something else needed whether you want to have the repairs done or not they will inspect your car for free I give them 5 stars. Their mechanic are one of the best around.

Wow, is all I can say.... if I could give them more stars I would definitely give them that but it only allows me to give 5. What can I say Mick and his staff at Top Value Car & Truck Services Center in Livonia aren't just great mechanics but they are also the nicest humans, who will go above and beyond for you to help you get your car fixed in any way that they can. They are very professional, very detailed oriented in their assements on what is needed, what can wait, and won't just let you drive off in a vehicle that isnt safe to drive without giving you the ins and outs on what is needed. Most importantly though, I appreciate their candor and honesty and dont feel like I'm being bamboozled, whenever my car needs fixing like I have at other places and let me tell you, this old thing 2009 Chevy Cobalt has practically lived there, with all the different repairs it has needed this past year of 2025. Although, its probably time for me to replace it with a new one, they have literally kept me and this old thing running like a champ and safe on the road continously and I drive alot at least 100 miles a day most days of the week for work and you best believe when I get a new one I'll be bringing it here as well, just not as much though because it will be new. Lol. All in all though I can honestly say I've found my home at Top Value Car & Truck Services Center right here in Livonia just of off Newburg and 96. No need to go anywhere else because they basically do everything there except for a few things. Im not really big on giving reviews but these guys truly deserved a great one. My words probably dont even do them any justice with all that they do but a simple thank you, great place to get your car fixed, just wasnt going to do.. So dont be shy, come see Mick and his staff, they really will take care of you. 🙂🙂🙂 P.S. unfortunately the review only gives you a few services to choose from lbut they provide way more services than that.

Zero stars. Negative if it were an option. This happened several years ago but the "what" is far more important than the "when". Took a vehicle in for a simple exhaust downpipe repair. The employee who did the work did not properly ground the vehicle, so when he did the arc welding, which involves electricity, he fried my entire electric system. Tony, the owner or manager shown on the website, then refused to accept any responsibility to me, my father, or my uncle who was a mechanic. Even better, they tried to bill me for the exhaust repair. They say they are an honest, trustworthy business but my experience says otherwise. I ended up taking them to court in Livonia and unfortunately I had to speak first, which allowed Tony to hear my statement and then lie to the magistrate. I explained what happened, then Tony said that my car sounded like crap and that's why it wouldn't run now. I was not allowed to rebut that "it sounded bad because it needed a downpipe. It ran when I brought it to your shop and it does not run now. The electrical system worked when I drove it to your shop and now it is fried." I tried, but the magistrate shut me down and would not allow me to say another word for the remainder of the hearing. Unfortunately, the magistrate wasn't paying attention or was just an idiot, because he agreed with Tony. The car I had just bought to replace one totaled by a drunk driver was ruined and he got to walk out without any consequence. The money I had to spend to get another car cost me the tuition I needed to go back to grad school. His lies cost him nothing but messed me up big time. Stay far away from these guys. Go somewhere else. When they screw up they won't take responsibility and you'll be out of luck.

My situation was very unique as I came to Mickey after being a victim of a scam at the hands of a separate mechanic shop- not associated with Top Value. I had previously received outstanding service from Mickey and his team but unfortunately (for me), Top Value was booked and busy at the time the incident that led to major transmission issues took place.The Top Value team -under Mickey's leadership -swooped in like the heroes they are and played a crucial role in rectifying my horrific situation, saving me tons of money and stress for issues they did not cause. I will never forget Mickey for his kindness,patience, compassion and help during a very harrowing experience. Top Value Livonia is a 5 star operation that deserves all the accolades it receives. I highly recommend Mickey and his team to anyone desiring service delivered with honesty, integrity and the utmost professionalism and skill. Top Value Livonia has gained a customer and fan for life! Top Value Car and Truck Service Center is definitely top notch. I just moved to the area and was looking for a local car shop with good reviews. Read through the majority and it seems I'm not alone in suggesting this is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. Anthony, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and authentic. I will certainly be returning for future service needs.
