Their honesty and professionalism stood out, and they have earned my trust. I will definitely return for future service. They service vehicles strictly according to manufacturer recommendations and also provide warranty guidance for every vehicle they work on. Overall, an excellent and reliable shop.

I was visiting family in the Livonia area when the alternator on my 2016 Audi Q5 failed. I got the car in early on a Monday morning. The guys were very professional and courteous. They had the car on the rack quickly and later that morning they gave me a quote. They put in a new alternator and I was back on the road late that day. The check engine light came on shortly after leaving the garage. I returned and 3 guys swarmed the car and had a minor issue resolved very quickly. When I'm back in Livonia if I need auto repair this is where I'm going.

I've been going to the Livonia location for a couple of years now, great staff, great service, fair pricing. They always take care of my vehicle & my wife, always honest, upfront & respectful to both of us, they have a loaner vehicle available which is harder to find today. You can't go wrong using this shop. Never had a turnaround that was longer than initially quoted either.

Very reasonable price for full synthetic oil. The Detroit Garage service rep who assisted me was very friendly! He told me a couple of hours for an oil change, tire rotation & air filters. He was accurate with his time assessment. What impressed me, was the documentation that I received with the invoice. This included photos all around, photos of the dirty filters, all tires were photoed, guaged and clearly marked on the treads. I plan on returning.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I popped in to the shop for the first time to see if I could get a quote for rear brakes. I had been to the dealership and their price was equivalent to my mortgage payment. Jeremy (manager) could not have been kinder or more professional. No patronizing man-splaining. No upselling. Just a straightforward quote for brakes and an offer to do them on the spot b/c they had some cancellations. One of the mechanics drove me home while I waited. They finished in a few hours. They provided me with a full inspection report and a quote for the fluid changes that are due for my mileage. I could not be happier or recommend Detroit Garage (Livonia) more highly. I will be going back for all of my routine maintenance, and telling everyone that I know about them.
