Called with an urgent oil pan issue. I was from out of town and they fit me in the same day even though they were fully booked. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and had the repair done quickly. Really appreciated the honesty and the effort to help me out on short notice. Very fair pricing!
View on GoogleAfter seeing this place for years on my walks (and having been without a mechanic since Ault's Mobil was sold 5 yrs ago), I took my car in for a coolant reservoir replacement and a radiator flush & fill. They were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt service and cost effective. They did an end to end auto inspection-Their service is wonderful!! I WILL BE going back for Shocks and Struts as I believe this place to be a reputable and competent Auto Service & Repair business. Many thanks to John (owner) and Jessica (office manager).

View on GoogleI took my truck in today to have my radiator replaced. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this place. Ryan’s auto repair in Livonia, is definitely my go to place from now on. John at the front desk was helpful from the beginning to the end. I took my Truck in at 10 AM they called and confirmed at 12 that it was indeed my radiator and at 3 PM. He called and said it was done!! I can honestly say that has never happened to me or anybody in my family. The efficiency and professionalism of this company is really second to none. They stood by their quote and they didn’t try and sell me anything else! Take your auto needs to Ryan ‘s, they will not disappoint!!!
View on GoogleThis place is completely amazing. Another place told me it would wait a week, as it must be mechanic discretion, and no one's in a hurry to do 2009 brake lines for a Rover. Several years ago, I opened Care credit through synchronicity, and had 0% for 12 months, and a card that was just waiting was zero balance on it. It. I was able to be seen, corrected the issue, and back on the road within 2 days. This is my sole go-to for any and all repairs moving forward. A++
