I can’t say enough good things about Paul’s Friends and Family Auto. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days, but Paul and his team are the real deal. They’re knowledgeable, fair, and never try to upsell unnecessary work. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Great work. Good communication on status. Vehicle always returned fixed and clean at a reasonable price. Provides detailed breakdown of what was done and physically shows you the parts taken out and the condition they were in. I didn't even realize until coming to Pauls how much that little bit of actually showing me the parts and explaining everything in detail really builds trust in the mechanics and the work done. I have an older car I need to keep running and I trust Paul and his mechanics to do just that. Highly recommended.

Worked with Paul on some shoddy work that another shop had done. Paul helped with a full and proper diagnosis, expressed how he could save us money, but heavily encouraged us to see if the other shop would fix it under warranty. Hands down one of the most honest and thorough mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I brought in a used car I had just purchased, thinking everything was fine — but my mechanic took the time to really inspect it top to bottom. Turns out the car had serious hidden structural damage that I was never told about, including signs of frame pulling in the rear trunk area. He explained everything clearly, showed me the issues, and ultimately stopped me from driving a vehicle that could’ve been unsafe for me and my family. I had even transported my child in it without knowing how badly it had been repaired. I’m beyond grateful. If it weren’t for his inspection, I would’ve kept driving it not knowing the truth. Highly recommend this shop if you want real honesty and someone who actually looks out for your safety — not just your money. 🙌
