Metro 25 Tire-Firestone

Car had to stay an extra day for we took it in on a Saturday with limited hours. And was told about that. No problems with taking it in till it was done. Originally the mechani had Monday off but he came in anyway to get my car done. I don’t know many businesses that would have done that. Thank you to all that had a hand in this situation. And yes we are returning customer.

I came here to have one of my tires inspected because I had a slow leak. While I was there, I decided to go ahead and get my oil changed and tires rotated. They patched my tire, rotated the tires and changed my oil in about in hour. I got there early on a Saturday so I was able to get in and out. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership, but now you have to schedule oil changes with them and their appointments were a few weeks out. I didn't want to wait so I'm glad I went ahead and got it changed at Metro 25/Firestone. One thing I will forever appreciate is that I received a text from Chris & John a few days after they performed the services to check on me and to see how my tire was holding up. Having proper air pressure is important, so I was very impressed that they reached out. That's going above and beyond and exemplifies exceptional customer service! I highly recommend! Very nice, professional service staff.

Took my car in for faulty tire valve, they also rotated my tires and reset my tire pressure sensors. A week later I took my car in for another tire issue. This time I was told 3 of 4 tire pressure sensors were bad. I asked how that good be when 2 were for sure working as that is what brought me in. Rick told me the batteries can just die. They can die, but rarely do all 3 or 4 go at one time, especially within 1 week. The week before no one mentioned any issues when they reset the sensors. Upon questioning, the mechanic said the tire tech did the testing and maybe their machine was off. I asked if they could have damaged it with tire repair as this all made no sense. I told them I was going to take my car to another shop to verify what they told me, and if my sensors were working I would be filing a complaint. The mechanic then went out and checked my tires and came in saying now they were all working. It was a miracle. First 3 of 4 were bad, then upon questioning and telling them I was going to another shop to verify what they were telling me, all of sudden they were all working. Rick also refused my request to have the mechanic name and cert number on my receipt as required by law. I did take my car to another shop the next day, and in fact verified that all my tire sensors are working just fine. I stood with the mechanic as he scanned them and saw the read out. No issues at all. Formulate your own opinions. Just sharing my experience to help others.

When I walked in the door I knew I had repairs in addition to maintenance. I’m so grateful I stopped in here that day since one of the repairs could have had a terrible outcome for the engine, if it hadn’t been attended to quickly. My car has been running like it’s new since the repairs and maintenance was completed. I truly appreciate the work of the team at Firestone. The price was fair for all the work that needed to be done and my car was ready a day early.

Worst repair facility EVER! Put tires on that we provided a d asked for our old tires back. When we got home we realized that they only gave us 3 back. They kept the best looking tire. When we called about it they lied and said all of them were in our truck and we must have lost it. We also had some welding work done on the exhaust. They charged us $450 and said it took their welder 3 hours to do the job. The job was so bad we had to have it re-done and it was removed and re-done in an hour and only cost $150. When we called John said “So, what do you want me to do about it?” He refused to stand by his work. We will NEVER go back. Suggest you stay far far away from this place!!
