I had a great experience with Kirk's Auto. My 10 year old car's electrical system died (called a GEM) and since the part is no longer manufactured, the part was not easy to track down. The manager Aaron was extremely helpful, professional, transparent, and walked me through a few potential options to repair, replace, or refurbish the GEM unit. Once we chose to refurbish through a third party and it came back unfixed, Aaron was able to finally track down the part and get me rolling. Kirk's Auto didn't charge me for the failed refurb. The final bill was extremely reasonable. They have my complete trust.

If there were 0 stars, that’s what they should get. I brought my van here to get a free inspection. I waited 6 hours. I waited 6 hours before I got a quote. Now the thing is, my rear driver-side tire is stuck on, so I couldn’t inspect it myself, especially without the tools to do so. When the guy quoted me, he said, “Yeah, you’re gonna need new brakes, rotors, and calipers. But you already knew that.” What does “you already knew that” mean? They’re supposed to be the experts. He handed me the estimate sheet loaded with all these things I needed to get replaced. However, they never took the tire off at all. So “you already knew that” was his smart way of assuming I brought it in just to get the tire removed. Which is 100% true, crooked maybe, I’m struggling though financially. I definitely can’t afford the 1300-dollar quote I just received from—not a full inspection. Belle Tire is one of the largest tire franchises in the country, who promises free inspection. The appeal is in the inspection without the pressure of having to pay right away. So if you don’t want to do the work or do it for free, work at a different tire shop.

I will definitely bring my jeep back here for any issues. They were awesome and seemed very knowledgeable on correcting a few things for me that I've had issues with for awhile. I didn't ask but they just took the time. Do not pass up this place if you want a good repair and service.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. I spent almost 5 hours with this mechanic today, and he went above and beyond to help me figure out what was happening with my car. At first, we thought the issue was the battery, so he changed it multiple times trying to solve the problem. Instead of rushing or giving up, he kept troubleshooting patiently until he realized the battery was not actually the issue. What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. He could have easily charged me for unnecessary work or parts, but instead, he explained everything clearly and even left me the battery for free and gave me a free oil change. Finding someone this patient, professional, and genuinely honest is rare nowadays. I’m extremely grateful for his help and kindness. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic they can truly trust.
