I dropped off no appointment had a flat tire and Collin was excellent. He was able to get the tire and oil change done quickly and efficiently kept me up to date while it was there. They washed my truck before I picked up which I appreciate. Thanks for the fast service.
View on GoogleMy experience was a joke. I dropped off my 2025 Silverado because of an oil leak. I was told the oil filter was leaking and charged $84 for an oil change. 1 day later and it’s still leaking oil.

Livonia is my preferred location, My other location is Novi which can be a hit or miss. My service advisor Brian was Great and easy to talk to about my questions/concerns. GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU!!

View on GoogleWe’ve been happy with our Tahoe, but unfortunately we realized that the adaptive cruise control was not working at all, so went in 3times to get it checked and fixed and it is now working correctly. We don’t live close to the dealership so that was annoying. Also, our salesman made promises to us and it took talking to someone’s else to get those promises followed through on. Would we buy from Feldman Livonia again, yes only if it is the right deal for our one income family, but otherwise I would look elsewhere. Also, before purchasing check the glove compartment, we had old paperwork in it and yes the car was detailed prior to us picking it up.
