Don’t be misled by the high ratings. I went in for a coolant line repair and was advised to replace the turbocharger, which I agreed to. After the repair, my car developed multiple issues that were not present before. When I returned, they were dismissive and unwilling to properly address my concerns. The technician initially said the engine mounts were touched, but after speaking with the owner, the story change changed & they claimed the turbo was replaced without touching the mounts, which is highly questionable given the tight space. This inconsistency raised serious concerns. I later had the car checked by OEM dealer technicians, who confirmed the turbocharger was not installed properly, causing engine vibrations. Despite reaching out twice for a resolution, I received no support & only new repair quotes. There was zero transparency in the work performed or parts used. The damage ultimately forced me to sell my car. Very disappointing experience, poor workmanship, no accountability, Would give zero stars if possible.

Adam is very honest and ethical in his approach to mechanical diagnosis/troubleshooting and he and his entire staff are very courteous which is unfortunately very rare these days among service providers. I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants their foreign vehicle attended to in a proper and comprehensive manner that is also reasonably priced. ----The Abbott-Beys

View on GoogleDon’t let the 4.5 star review fool you! This shop has gone down the drain since Adam left around December 2025. They are incompetent and give real mechanics and business owners a bad name. They will lie and tell you they fixed something when they obviously did not. They will keep your car for weeks at a time without any progress. Almost all the 4-5 star reviews have Adams name. He is no longer there. This place should be closed.

They charged me $750 to put a door actuator on and when I pick it up.It did the same thing then they kept my car for 5 days and when my wife picked up the car. They apologize and said next time we will replace the cable for $650. A Joke of a Auto Repair! I will never go to them again and I reported them to BMW Corporate.
