I attempted to get my tires changed from one set of rims to another because I had bought another car and the lug pattern was different. So Assistant Manager Dave Thompson told me that his store doesn't mount tires because they can't be liable for scratching the rims. Then I attempted to explain to Dave Thompson that I had just bought these tires at this location a few months earlier and they didn't have a issue. Then Dave Thompson the assistant manager told me I would have better luck at a " mom and pop shop" because they didn't have time even though I was there at 830am. So then I Drove to the Garden city location where I was treated like a actual customer again! Just a FYI I would think twice about visiting this location!

I made an appointment at this location for a simple balance and rotate for my tires. I could see the technician working on my vehicle from the waiting room. I knew that he hadn't rotated the tires properly. I specifically asked for a 4 wheel drive rotate. Upon receiving my keys, I explain to the guy that the passenger side tires had not been rotated. I'm pretty sure the rotation wasn't done right at all. After showing him proof including the wear pattern on the tires, his response was to go back and ask other employees about the rotation. Which only one technician worked on my vehicle, So I don't know what the other three had comments about. He comes back out basically calls me a liar and refused to finish the rotation. I work midnights so I don't have a lot of time to get things done during the day. So now I have to go somewhere else so someone else can do the job right!. If they can't handle doing a simple tire rotation, why would I trust them to do anything else.? If I were you I would stay far away from this location, because when they get it wrong, they're gonna do nothing to fix it. I will never be back to this location. I will tell everyone I know to avoid it as well.. Mistakes happen, but not correcting them shows a lot about how you run your business and what you think about your customers.

Had 4 new tires installed today, service was excellent! They beat their competitors price and did a great job. I always check the lugnuts after any work is done on my car and none of them were over tightened. I will be returning for my next set for sure.

Was scheduled to have a front wheel alignment last week. We were checked in by Justin. We watched cars come and go. However, the screen kept saying scheduling a technician. Time slated to be finished was 12:05. By 11:44-11:50, I went to inquire as to how much longer our wait would be. He looked as if I was bothering him. That’s when he stated the wheel alignment technician was not in. His others guys would have to stop and do the alignment. I asked for the keys to so we could leave. Justin gave them, with no apology at all and if he was happy that we were leaving. Justin never once informed us of the techs absence. Nor did he say after 30 minutes-1 hour he wasn’t coming in. Now, I felt as if the people getting more done was a preference. The fact that we were two women, that were made to feel like an inconvenience, is totally unacceptable.

I had a bubble in my tire from the amazing michigan roads we have. I got there at 440pm Monday. Thete was a tech on his ohone when I walked in then seen me and said someone will be right with you then pretended to be on the computer and I waited 5 minutes before the another guy came out about 5 minutes later just to tel me we dont have time to do that repair since we are short staffed. Clear they just didn't want to do anything so close to closing time. I understand that I showed up close to close but I couldn't drive anywhere since I had a bubble in my tire and I just had surgery so I couldn't put on my doughnut myself just a bad experience here never had an experience like this at a bell tire. I wont be back here. Definitely should close this location or restaff this location before its closed.
