Jefferson Auto is a great example of “you get what you pay for.” I completely understand that sometimes budgets require going to a cheaper, local mechanic just to keep a car running, as I’ve been there myself. But this is not that kind of shop. They take the time to diagnose problems thoroughly and give a complete assessment of your vehicle before any work is done. Yes, this is a paid service, but it’s completely fair because time is money. Diagnosing a vehicle can go in many directions, and rushing it can lead to mistakes. Jefferson Auto does it right the first time. Once the issue is identified, they provide the price upfront and complete the work quickly and efficiently. My car never sat around for weeks; I received frequent text updates, and they even provided clear appointment times, something I consider very professional. In short, you get what you pay for at Jefferson Auto. There are cheaper options out there, but it’s a personal decision whether you want to gamble on a quick fix or choose a shop that invests the time to diagnose and repair your vehicle correctly. They come across as honest and trustworthy, which is rare these days. Each time I’ve had a vehicle up there, they provided me a comprehensive diagnostic with photographs of what they believed were important and/or urgent issues. If Jefferson Auto continues this level of service and professionalism, they’ve earned a lifetime customer in me.

The mechanics here were a pleasure to work with. They were expedient and understanding that my car they were working on was my daily driver. They worked with me from beginning to end and even offered financing if I needed it. Truly the best customer service I've experienced from a mechanic. They took the time to really explain the issues and what they were going to do to fix it. They were also true to their timeline and communicated throughout the process. I highly recommend this company!

I received a very thorough vehicle diagnostic report. I dealt with both Kylie and Drew. Both are extremely knowledgeable and personable. Not only was I told what needed to be fixed, I was sent a video of the parts in need of repair. They explained what they were going to do to fix it and gave me a timeline to which they adhered to. I was offered transportation to and from there shop as well which was greatly appreciated!
