Mr.C's Car Wash

Very disappointing experience. I recently had my car serviced and paid for both an interior and exterior cleaning, but the results fell far short of expectations. Only parts of the interior appeared to be cleaned, several areas hadn’t been wiped down, and it didn’t seem like the back seat was vacuumed at all. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, I feel like I wasted my money, as I could have achieved better results at a self-service car wash. I want a refund!

I’ve come to this location multiple times over the last years but the couple visits were very underwhelming. There is no point to pay for the “Best” service because you won’t receive it. Very disappointed and as soon as this gift card has been used, they will definitely not have a repeat customer anymore in the future!

I give them 1 star because zero is not an option. I don’t like to post bad reviews only for a bad service, we all can have a bad day, but when they lie or stole your money, thats another situation that can’t let pass. I paid $35 plus mat cleaning, and I just got not only a rude service but my car was exactly as it was before enter to this place. Zero vacum, not dusted at ALL. Only the mats were clean, and exterior, I would say 3/4 . I called, and the manager or whoever got the phone was nice and understanding the situation, offering a free cleaning. Please, do your job, even if you have 30 min left to go home.

They do a great job inside and out. I have the monthly plan and could go everyday. Just going 2 times a month pays. I ho at least every week. Better trade in on your car too.

To pay $36 and can’t even get a vacuum or wipe down properly and this not the first time i figured since it was a slow day but nope still trash
