Kelly Car Care - Goodyear

I was 100% satisfied with my visit to this Goodyear on Kelly Road satisfied with the service satisfied with the business that they conducted and the way the manager his name is Abe treated me. They all treated me good I’m satisfied and I will be back and I would recommend this place to anybody else. It’s very good.

Great staff. Moe had excellent customer service. He took his time to address the main issue and remaining issues. Pick up me in and out with no problem. And the prices were very reasonable excellent job

Came in for some tires my guy Zak took care of me and gave me a senior citizen discount I think I found my new go to shop thank you so much Kelly Car Care You guys are truly amazing!!

My experience was very disappointing, I took my car to the shop cause of a Antifreeze leak,a inspection was done I was told the leak was coming from the water pump So I got it replace, Three days later, my vehicle notified me that the antifreeze was low I immediately call The receptionist told me to bring it back. I went up there the very same day. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes while they Inspected it again the guy came up and said he didn’t see the issue. I said well I smell antifreeze again,He went back there and now all of a sudden it’s another antifreeze leak. He told me because they fixed the water pump that it created another leak which now the auxiliary radiator was leaking and wanted to charge me 800 more dollars.

The heater hose was pressing on my transmission line causing a leak. Brought my vehicle here. The next day after the job was done, my trans stalled completely in 20 degree weather and had to have it towed back to this same shop. There was another guy there and he fixed the issue. At your own risk is my opinion.
